1. About the MY-MILANO.COM online shop
This online shop is operated by My Milano Ltd. ("My Milano"). This company is registered in England and Wales under the company number 6282815 with our registered office in 29/30 Margaret Street, London, W1W 8SA and our Italian branch office in Via Privata Letizia, 8, 20144 Milano and Italian VAT number (Partita IVA) 063557609654.

2. Access and Use of the Website, Intellectual Property Rights, Data Protection
Please take note of our General Terms and Conditions regarding the use of the website MY-MILANO.COM that can be found through the link in the footer on each page of MY-MILANO.COM. The General Terms and Conditions are and integral part of these Terms and Conditions for Buyers.

3. My Milano’s service
Please note that My Milano is not the seller of the products or the provider of the services offered to you in the online shop. My Milano accepts orders as agent on behalf of the sellers or service providers that take part in the online shop ("Sellers"). All Sellers sell their goods or services according to these Terms and Conditions.


4. Orders
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed our terms and conditions.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and the Seller will take place by receiving of a confirmation email from My Milano, detailing the exact order that we have received, unless you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Cancellation of Orders.

My Milano may refuse to accept an order for any reason, especially for one of the following reasons:
• The product you have ordered is unavailable from stock.
• The service is unavailable at the requested date.
• We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
• A pricing or product description error has been identified.
If there are any problems with your order, My Milano will contact you by email.

5. Cancellation of Orders
The Cancellation of an order is only possible within 48 hours after receipt of the confirmation email as stated in section 4. If you wish to cancel an order, please Contact My Milano and include the following:

Customer name
Order number
Date of order

If your order has already been dispatched to you, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery (please follow the procedure set out in the Returns policy).


6. Returns and Returns Procedure (Sale of Goods only)
You can return the received items to My Milano within 14 days of the date you received them. My Milano will exchange the product or refund your payment - provided the items are returned in perfect condition and still in their original packaging.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty, you will be refunded the postage you paid both when buying and returning the item. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, you will not be refunded the postage you paid when buying and returning the item.
This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

When you want to return an item, please follow this procedure:
• Fill out the returns form that was sent out with your order. Give the reason for the return, clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange, and reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items.
• Place the returns form with your item/s and wrap them securely to avoid damage in transit back to My Milano.
• Send your package back to My Milano Ltd., Via Privata Letizia, 8, 20144 Milano, Italy
• My Milano strongly recommends that you use registered post because we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items.
• In case you are returning an item that is faulty and you are entitled to a free return as stated above please call your local DHL service number to arrange the return.

7. Late Cancellation (Sale of Services only)
After the end of the cancellation period as stated in 5., later cancellations are only possible according to the terms described for every individual service in the confirmation email. In any case such cancellations are subject to a penalty.

8. Refunds
After the cancellation of an order or the return of an item, refunds will be processed within 28 days.

9. Description of products and services
My Milano and the sellers take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products and services appearing on this website are correct.
We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
My Milano is not liable for any damage you may have incurred by placing an order through the website of MY-MILANO.COM, unless such damage is caused by intent or gross negligence of My Milano. Before placing any order to the website MY-MILANO.COM you should have read carefully the description of the products and services you intent to purchase.
My Milano reserves the right to withdraw any products or services from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. All products displayed on this website are available only while stocks lasts.


10. Payment Methods
Purchases may be paid by charging your credit card through the service of PayPal. PayPal is duly licensed as a Luxembourg credit institution in the sense of Article 2 of the law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector as amended and is under the prudential supervision of the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, with registered office in L-1150 Luxembourg. My Milano currently does not accept any other payment methods.

11. Delivery Costs, Prices and Taxes
Your shopping basket during the order procedure displays details of delivery costs for certain countries. These delivery costs are estimates and are subject to eventual changes. The effective delivery costs will be displayed in the confirmation email as stated in 4.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in EURO and where appropriate are inclusive of Italian sales tax (IVA) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include IVA at the current rate. The current rate of IVA is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

12. Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of Goods and Services through our site will be governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from, or related to sales in the MY-MILANO.COM Online Shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
